TUI GOES BACK TO THE FLOOR
If you were out and about at Gatwick last Friday,
you might have come across this raw recruit to
the world of queue management.
On the left is Tui’s customer director, Tim
Williamson, who went “back to the floor” to
experience some real life, face-to-face customer
interaction.
Judging by the picture, Tim didn’t exactly have
his work cut out, but Brenda Buckingham from
Devizes was, we’re sure, delighted to be told
where to go by one of Tui’s top directors.

WHERE WILD WILL ALWAYS BE WILD
Our rainforests have been around and
wild for millions of years. And that’s the
way we’d like them to stay for a million
more. Today they’re home to the Orang Utan,
eight different kinds of Hornbills and the
Rafflesia – the world’s largest flower.
In Taman Negara and the numerous
national parks in Sabah and Sarawak, your
clients can enjoy jungle trekking, camping,
rafting, mountain climbing, spelunking
and many other thrilling activities. If your
clients long for a real eco-adventure,
the time is now, the place is Malaysia.
