At Davenport Lyons we pride ourselves on being a social and friendly firm. We encourage social activities, which include and are open to the whole firm. We do not subscribe to the ‘them and us’ theory, but believe we all have a valuable part to play and all should be treated with mutual respect. Our Social Committee endorse this. We have annual Summer and Christmas parties, as well as regular gatherings e.g. quiz nights, karaoke, wine tasting evenings, which are organised by the Social Committee. The Social Committee is made up of representatives from across the firm who add diversity and originality to our functions ensuring there is always a twist to the festivities!
