Holly Mason is an Assistant Solicitor in our Contentious Rights Working Group. Holly first joined Davenport Lyons as a Paralegal in the Licensing Working Group, securing a training contract which commenced in September 2007. Holly completed seats in CRDR, Property, Music and Corporate; Holly qualified in to CRDR in September 2009 and is a graduate from Cardiff University with a 2.1 LLB.


Richard joined the firm as a trainee in September 2002. He graduated from the University of Sheffield (2:1 in History) and completed the CPE at the College of Law (Commendation) and the LPC at BPP (Commendation). He is now an Associate in our Corporate Department.


Michael Yates is currently a second year trainee at Davenport Lyons undertaking his fourth seat in Music. During his Training Contract Michael has completed seats in Contentious Rights, Private Client and Corporate. Michael obtained a 2:1 law degree from Kings College London and then spent 3 years working in the Music Industry before completing the LPC at BPP. During 2008/09 Michael spent eight months working in Company Secretarial in the Corporate Department before taking six months off to travel around the world.
