And 21st century brides-to-be are
seeking out the latest must-have in
wedding photography – high quality,
erotic photo-books presented to
husbands on their wedding night – and
shot by these top photographers.
Explains Trevor: “I believe that all
women want to look stunning and sexy,
especially when they are about to be
married. Every woman wants to look a
like a superstar – and many have tears
in their eyes when they see the pictures
online after the session.”
Now the idea is so successful other
photographers are signing up for
Yerbury seminars to learn how to shoot
‘boudoir’ themselves. (If you’re

And it’s not just women taking their
clothes off in the Yerburys’ West Lothian
studio. Britain’s top skier and TV
Superstar winner, Alain Baxter (featured
on this spread) last month posed for the
Yerbury lenses as part of his own
publicity build-up to the Vancouver
Winter Olympics in 2010.
“I’d heard about this couple and I’d
seen their work – so I had no hesitation
in going to them for my new portfolio.”
he says.
Now Trevor and Faye are using their
skills – and a comprehensive array of
Bowens equipment in a brand new area
of portraiture for them: nude and semi-
nude mothers-to-be portraits.
Says Trevor: “I’ve been using Bowens
kit since I first started back in 1969. It’s
robust, reliable and versatile - and the
latest range just makes the shoot so
easy whether it’s in the studio or on
location.”
