based photographer Trevor Yerbury.
It’s been this way for years.
Multi-award-winning photo-duo Trevor
and Faye Yerbury are renowned across
Europe for their classic nude images
and their stunning ‘high society’
wedding portraiture. Trevor made
national headlines (and a Sunday
tabloid picture spread) when he
revealed that he won’t accept wedding
commissions if the couple doesn’t pass
his ‘attractiveness’ test. Oh yes, and
he’s not too keen on the bride smiling
much either.
Think that’s eccentric?
A few weeks ago, much to his wife’s
annoyance, Trevor refused to do a
wedding shoot because he didn’t like
the church. Like Madonna, the Yerbury
duo constantly reinvent themselves with
fresh approaches to their art – and
challenging diversions within the social
portraiture genre.
Since the recent launch of their
pioneering Yerbury Confidential website
they have been swamped by hundreds
of calls from women across all walks of
life wanting to be photographed in edgy,
provocative poses, both nude and
semi-nude.
