International Jet Interiors gives a private jet an Asian-influenced
update with wood and leather accents.
By Bev Bryant
Born into one of the wealthiest families in
India, Gautam Hari Singhania is a gentleman
with impeccable taste, and an eye for detail,
design and quality. As chairman and manag-
ing director of Raymond Limited, the world’s
largest integrated manufacturer of worsted
suiting fabric, he is accustomed to only the
very best. When he bought a pre-owned
Bombardier Challenger 604 jet in 2007, he
turned to International Jet Interiors (IJI) of
Ronkonkoma, New York, to convert the out-
dated interior into an environment that re-
fl ected his refi ned and elegant style.
