The past few months have been a very exciting time both for me personally and for Welsh Recruitment. In a relatively short space of time we have gone from strength to strength and learned a whole lot about our market, thanks to your support and your ongoing confidence in our products.

Our region is rapidly becoming one of the most popular places to live and work in the UK. With so many new developments and opportunities arising we will be keeping our finger on the pulse by continuing to bring you the very best in recruitment, training and advice to help you along your career path.

Now if you have been following our advice and listening to our experts you’ll know that you should never let the grass grow under your feet, even if it is the beautiful green grass of South Wales! The thing is, I’ve been taking heed of the same advice and that grass has suddenly become pastures new. I’m happy to say though that I shall be continuing to contribute to Welsh Recruitment so now is a good time to thank the team for their faith in me and to wish our new Editor, Paul, success in taking the magazine forward.

Best wishes and good hunting!
