You will experience the many facets of the RTA by
undertaking at least f_i ve placements during the three-
year GRAD Program. Each placement lasts six months
and all but one is in an area related to your discipline.
At least one of your placements will be in regional NSW.
During each placement, graduates work with highly
experienced professionals in dif_f erent environments,
developing their skills while gaining a greater insight
into the diversity of the RTA’s work. Graduates are
supported with a mentor, and ongoing training.
