Complimentary On-Board Spend
The maximum complimentary on-board spend is shown above the fare grid for each applicable voyage, and we have set aside a number of staterooms at every grade with the maximum on-board spend amount. Once these voyages have been sold, the saving may reduce or be withdrawn. The complimentary on-board spend are available on applicable voyages when booked by 31 July 2010, subject to availability. On-board spend can be spent on drinks, shore excursions, in the spa or in the shops and is per person based on the first two guests in a stateroom. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
For World Voyages complimentary benefits are available for bookings made by 30 June 2010.
Holiday Package Add-Ons
The fares shown for Queen Victoria voyages V121A, V122-V130 and V201 are voyage only and a fare for a holiday package add-on option is shown in the box next to the fare table. Holiday package add-ons include:
- Economy class return flights from/to the airports stated - Government fees and taxes - All transfers between airport and ship on the dates specified - Overnight hotel stay on a Room Only basis where stated
We’d recommend that you take this option to ensure that you arrive at the ship on time and get home as promptly as possible. We’ve used our expertise to make the holiday package add-on as efficient and competitive as possible, but we’ve left you the freedom to make your own arrangements if you prefer. Please note that you can only opt for the full holiday package add-on, taking flights, transfers and hotels (where applicable) to and from your destinations. If you do not take the holiday package add-on, any flights you take will not be covered by our ATOL protection. You will also need to ensure that you leave sufficient time in each case to reach the ship at least 2 hours before the departure time stated on your tickets. Please note that Early Booking Savings do not apply to holiday package add-ons. The holiday package add-on option is subject to availability and flight dates and fares may change from those shown. Please see the notes on pages 158-159 which apply to all flights.
Renewal of Vows

Please note that you are bound by the terms and conditions relating to the booking of your holiday with Cunard (as detailed on pages 262-265), and that the following Terms & Conditions are in addition to the standard Booking Conditions.
Cancellations
Cancellation of the Voyage
Please see the Booking Conditions at the back of any of our brochures for further information on cancelling your voyage. Please note, however, that any packages that have been booked are subject to the same sliding scale of cancellation fees as the voyage.
Cancellation of the package by the Guest
You may cancel the Renewal of Vows package at any time prior to the commencement of the voyage by giving notice in writing to Cunard.
However, the following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation of or alteration to the package by Cunard
Whilst Cunard will endeavour not to cancel or to make any significant alterations to the Renewal of Vows package after a booking confirmation has been issued, Cunard shall nevertheless be entitled at any time to cancel the Renewal of Vows package or to change any elements of the booking where this reasonably becomes necessary on operational, commercial or other grounds. In the case of the Renewal of Vows package being cancelled by Cunard, a full refund will be issued to the passenger.
Guarantee Staterooms
When you or your travel agent come to make a reservation you may be offered the guarantee of the stateroom grade, rather than a specific stateroom number. This is because we know from experience that a small number of guests will be compelled to cancel their arrangements, thus leaving the accommodation vacant. Accepting a guarantee means that you have a firm booking and can go ahead with your holiday plans in the same way as if you had accepted a specific stateroom number from the outset. When we allocate a stateroom number you can rest assured you will be given a stateroom of the type you have booked, or in some instances, of a higher rate, though it may be situated on a different deck to that shown on the deck plan for the grade guaranteed. The fare you have been quoted will, however, remain unchanged.
