Our favourite Liverpool couture designer is
ready with his latest collection, just in time
for the start of the racing and wedding
season.
Dressing the region’s celebrities, Philip
Armstrong and Tony Burke are the fashion
designers behind Philip Armstrong Couture,
which began in 1996. After both spent time
working in the UK and abroad, they decided
to launch a capsule collection of women’s
eveningwear and wedding dresses.
Philip Armstrong Couture is known for its
faithful following of North West It-girls,
including Alex Gerrard, who wore a Philip
Armstrong gown on her wedding day, and
Kym Ryder, who paired a canary coloured
bandeau-dress with an impressive £4,500
worth of diamonds at last year’s British Soap
Awards.
