Summer In Staffs
The Girls’ Friday social in August at The Peace
Memorial Hall, Penkridge, Staffs, sizzled with
the feel of Summer, holidays and fun in the
sun. Dancers dressed in theme with summer
holiday wear, sunglasses, shorts and brightly
coloured shirts and tee shirts. There was a Hot
Summer themed quiz with loads of prizes, and
there was even Maureen & Michelle dressed
up in Hawaiian grass skirts, complete with
fl ower leis and hair decorations. An evening
full of laughter, line dancing and the essence
of summer, what more could one ask for?
