Director: Salary £37,476 (NJC Pay Scale Pt47)

With extensive task and team managerial experience you will have an understanding of a charitable organisation’s structure and understand the new era for the introduction of the Commission for Equalities and Human Rights. We are looking for a leader that has vision, initiative and is capable of building strong links with all diverse communities of Cardiff and the Vale.

Policy & Legal Action Officer:
Salary £23,175 (NJC Pay Scale Pt29)

The post holder will, under the guidance and support of the Principle Legal Office, undertake casework/representation and provide advice and support to victims of racial discrimination and harassment. The post involves an awareness of both legal and an ability to influence policy at all levels.

Outreach Office: Salary £22,293- Pro Rata (NJC Pay Scale Pt23)

This position requires an individual that is educated in race equality that will be dedicated to developing, implementing and managing a community based strategy to improving race equality in the Vale of Glamorgan. You must prove that you have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, changing peoples perceptions / stereotypes about race equality.
