£9m office expansion creates hundreds of new jobs

The Celtic Spring business park on the outskirts of Newport will be home to another major office development and the creation of up to 350 new jobs for the region.

Situated less than half a mile from junction 28 of the M4, the new AWG Property – Robert Hitchins 35,000 sq ft project has been seen as a catalyst to attract more businesses to locate to the area to join organisations already recently established including the Home Office, Acorn and the new 145-room Ramada Park Plaza Hotel.

Construction is expected to be completed on the office development by the end of this year.
