From the moment of my audition, I knew that the Academy was where I wanted to be.

The diversity of talent here is overwhelming — from all corners of the globe and spanning a wide age-range—and contributes to a healthy, company-like atmosphere amongst the group. Although the schedule can be gruelling, the diversity within it is simply staggering. The teachers have greatly improved my performance skills, but I have also learnt so much about the genre itself, and about how to conduct myself professionally. It could not be a more rewarding experience.

The quality of teaching has surpassed my expectations, and I expected only the best. What is perhaps most astonishing is the extent to which the staff seem to be tuned into each student’s particular needs; our individual strengths and weaknesses, and how to draw out the best of our abilities. I know that my course-mates and I are in the most capable of hands as we look forward to the future.’

‘I feel a bit like I’ve been stripped down, taken to pieces, given a thorough going over and put back together again in an effective working order. Nothing’s really new, it just works much better now.’
Chris Vincent, recent student
