Local land development
The well known Three Guineas pub is
housed in a Grade II listed station
building so that will be safe, but the
Architect for the project, Grimshaw, is
developing plans to improve the access
to the station from the north side.
Reading Borough Council is keen to
develop the Caversham area north of
the station and they anticipate that this
initiative will improve the link through
the station to the town centre.

communities in Reading will gain in
different ways, through easier travel,
re-routing of traffic, protected jobs and
a better business and urban
