used to publish. Ten years later, directly as a result of The
Promoter’s Handbook (aka Music Industry Manual) I was able
to buy DJmag from Future Publishing. As a tribute to that

invaluable data stored in MIM I now present DJ Black Book.

This is an invaluable resource for all DJs, producers,

Lastly, I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Mark Drury and Mark
Grotefeld at Pioneer. They are huge supporters of DJmag
and of the DJ community. A big thanks, too, to all the staff at
DJmag who work stupid hours in order to ensure the
magazine comes out as regular as clockwork.
Thanks also to all our subscribers and readers — please keep
supporting the magazine. And to our licensees around the
world who are now producing DJmag in Brazil, Poland, Middle
East and Ukraine.
