Who couldn’t help but smile at the littlest of competitors when the Kubs showed one and all how big they were in heart,
soul, and performance effort. Moms, Dads, and grandparents were proud of their accomplishments.
This tournament venue was the debut of the Tai Chi event. Ten awesome competitors showed all the beauty and gentle
power of the Tai Chi style. In the beginner class, Maricriss Felicidario represented The Woodlands with a first place and
Mary Jones earned third for Kingwood. In the intermediate class, Barbara Fleming of the Kingwood school was awarded
third place. Master Olson was quite impressed with all the Tai Chi competitors. This tranquil style is sure to become a
permanent event at our future tournaments.
