Michael Nutt, from Pontypool, is a consultant upper gastrointestinal surgeon. Appointed
consultant surgeon West Wales Hospital in 2002, he moved to the Royal Gwent in 2005.
Michael has recently taken up a position as a consultant at the new private, specialist
gastroenterology unit, Nucleus Healthcare, based at Celtic Springs, which opened in January.
The unit is headed by leading UK gastroenterologist Dr Manny Srivastava.
