Casino games such as slots, Roulette and
card games will be the most popular genre
amongst online gamers (32%) over the next
three years. Sports betting (racing, pools,
etc.) is the next most popular category with
a 29% share, closely followed by variants of
Poker (26%). The remaining 13% of players
opt for softer games such as bingo/lotto,
scratch-off/lottery/fixed-odds games and
skill-based games such as backgammon
and chess.

The global gaming market is now worth
