4 U Recruitment Limited was founded three years ago by Nigel Lewis who has worked in the recruitment industry specialising in construction for over ten years. Since then the company has thrived, and keeps growing from strength to strength each and every week improving on their figures and growing the business.

“We have contracts ranging from labour requirements in South Wales to construction management opportunities in Dubai in the Middle East”.

“The Middle East & UAE is a very important market for us as there will be over 200 Trillion US dollars spent in construction and petrochemical engineering within the next 5 years. Not withstanding, the UK construction market is booming also. “We are picking work up form construction companies quicker than we can recruit to fill the positions.” Nigel Lewis is confident that the construction market will continue to boom for the foreseeable future both here in the UK and overseas.

The company now has 10 employees working in the office and has just set up a mechanical engineering & electrical division to provide personnel new build and refurbishment contracts in the South Wales area. The specialist division is called H2O Solutions.

Mr. Lewis stated “since the company’s conception as a niche supplier of crane & plant operators we have spread our wings, taking on specialists to supply fields that we saw potential in. Mrs Michelle Letherby has built a strong reputation filling permanent vacancies from all over the world, and has had the opportunity to visit Dubai, Qatar and Germany.

“We have been lucky to secure some prestigious contracts in the Middle East and supply them with management level staff and this in turn has given us other opportunities in the area. We have supplied heavy lift supervisors in oil fields to quantity surveyors on more traditional builds such as office blocks and prestigious high rise tower blocks in Dubai.”

The company took the chance early this year to start providing general trades & labour to the construction industry in South Wales. This division has quickly established itself as a growing force within the market with Mr. Ryan Jones the main contact for the division. “It was a great opportunity to work for a company that holds such a passion for the industry and service levels to our customers that utilise our service”.
