These terms and conditions of sale apply to any goods supplied by Trade Secret, whose registered
company address is at Oxford Road, Adderbury, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 3SX. Registration number
5178996 VAT 849 515 395. Any reference to “Trade Secret” can be taken as references to Trade Secret
Ltd. Only after we have accepted your order is there a contract of sale. Customers will be notified via
email when an order has been accepted; this is not to be confused with an email order receipt.
Orders will only be accepted when payment has been received in full by Trade Secret.
Trade Secret have the right to change the terms and conditions of sale without any prior warning in
relation to future orders.
Trade Secret will make every effort to ensure that all prices, descriptions and images of products on its
website are correct. If, after an order has been accepted, and within 10 working days of acceptance,
we discover an error has been made on the price or description on the website we reserve the right to
terminate the contract of sale and any money received for the item will be refunded within 3 working
days.
Ownership of the items will not pass to the customer until the goods and related charges are paid for in
full.
Trade Secret uses roman cart, a secure payment system so you can be sure that all card payments
are secure. Card details are not recorded by Trade Secret on any online transactions. Reasonable
precautions will be taken to ensure all other client information is kept securely.
