My name’s Charles Wheeler, the Managing Director
of Trade Secret.. Please take the time to read through
the few paragraphs below which I hope will clarify the
nature of our business and how you can achieve the
maximum benefit from it.
What we do is simple…….but not that easy
Simple because
What we do is buy excess stock, customer order cancellations and returns from major
high street stores including M&S, Laura Ashley and House of Fraser
We unwrap them check them and sell them off the floor at exactly half the current
catalogue price.
The furniture can be collected or we can deliver.
Not that easy because
We never know what we are going to get.
We get new product in every day and it is really a huge task to unwrap it, check it and
arrange it in a way that our customers would like to see it.
We have large warehouses that are stuffed full and as items are sold and taken away we
replace them with new product – more often than not something completely different –
that’s just how it is.
Why the catalogue?
Principally we have access to a huge increased volume of stock – for example in excess of
3000 pieces of upholstery and even more pieces of cabinet furniture. Have a look at the

We need to move volume, which is good for you and good for us.
