This stock is located in premises that unfortunately are not open to the public.
The next best option is for us to give you access to this veritable mountain of stock via our
Trade Secret Club website. If you can’t see what you’re looking for, then we can add you
to our wishlist and if we find it we can give you a call.
I just want to emphasise that what we have on the website may well be a one-off at a
point in time. We could well get more in (and often do) but there is never a guarantee.
We operate on a strictly first come first served basis.
I realise that this is not always ideal, so we have produced this, our on-line catalogue to
help. The stock you can order through the catalogue is re-orderable, so if your request is
a little more specific then we can make sure you get a full range of items at good prices.
With our half price branded furniture we can’t guarantee that we’ll see the armchair to
match the two seater that you want to buy. We can get the stock usually within 3 weeks.
Our price promise section guarantees to be the cheapest and if you see something
cheaper elsewhere let us know, we will endeavour to stay cheaper than our competitors.

We work out of basic warehouses with absolutely no frills.
Our photography may not make it into Homes and Garden but it will give you a clear
picture as to what we have on offer. Fancy pictures and settings can be found in the
respective catalogues and websites.
We try and select our staff to be friendly and approachable and one thing I will not
tolerate is any form of hard sell. We have a great team and will do our best to assist you
find what you want – your wish unfortunately cannot be our command – but the wish list
does work and is getting better – please give it a try.
