An exhibition exploring the conceptual and procedural relationships
between the work of Roger Ackling, Eric Butcher and Simón Granell,
4 –18 May. The publication will contain written contributions by philosopher
John Haldane, artist and writer Tania Kovats and art historian Julie Sheldon.
Produced in collaboration with the Centre for Art International Research
(CAIR), Liverpool School of Art and Design and The Arts Institute at
Bournemouth, and distributed worldwide by Cornerhouse Publications.

HALCYON GALLERY
American painter Jef_f rey Kroll is set to brighten up New Bond Street
this spring with a stunning exhibition of new contemporary works that
emulate the colour and vivacity of California and Santa Monica, where
the artist spends his time when not in the UK. Work by Kroll, one of
the most prominent abstract painters, has graced the walls of leading
museums, such as the Louvre in Paris (1999), and the private residences
of the Vice President of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NY), the
Rothschild family and Bill Gerber, President of Warner Brothers.
The exhibition runs to 29 May 2007 and is accompanied
by a full-colour catalogue.
AERNOUT MIK SHIFTING SHIFTING
A full-colour catalogue published by Camden Arts Centre to accompany
Aernout Mik Shifting Shifting. This beautiful book, designed by Irma Boom,
with 400 pages and more than 190 images, and a new essay by Mike
Taussig reproduced in English and German, documents Mik’s four latest
digital fi lm installations: Vacuum Room (2005), Raw Footage, Scapegoats
and Training Ground (all 2006).
