HEAD OF DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT - LADIES FOOTWEAR
In this senior management position you will have total responsibility for the directional design and development of Ladies
Footwear to ensure customer focused, fashion led and commercial ranges are developed for major High Street retailers.
Leading the design and development team, you should be an industry expert with a passion for Ladies Footwear. Through
market research, comparative shopping and trend predictions, you will create the dynamic environment in which to interpret
and translate fashion trends into successful core and fashion ranges.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential to allow you to follow through on customer requirements. Liaising with
suppliers on a worldwide basis, you will use your expertise to communicate customer needs and take a pro-active approach
to developing and procuring the very latest products and designs, always looking for new opportunities.
