jewellery, ladies belts, Handbags, Scarves and other fashion accessories for high street chain stores in UK and Europe.
SALES MANAGER – FASHION ACCESSORIES (Bags, Belts and Soft Accessories) – £36K
Duties/Responsibilities/Skills:
As a Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to have a real impact using their selling skills and sales experience in this industry
to generate new sales. You must have a proven record of successfully dealing with buyers in UK and Europe. This position will suit someone, who
is already in this industry, have got established contacts and can meet challenging targets. Your success will come from effective communication
with buyers of fashion accessories at high street store level. Your role will involve you to identify and plan forthcoming season, to make
appointments with chain store buyers, meet them to show our collection, follow up on latest trends, work together with in-house designers, plan
new strategies to improve the business on existing accounts and to search the ways to open doors at new accounts in UK and overseas. You will
be a member of team of 6, who concentrate on sales. You will be closely assisted by your account Manager, who will take over the work from you,
once the orders are confirmed. Must be self motivated and a good team player.
ACCOUNT MANAGERS (Belts, Bags and Soft Accessories) – £18K
ACCOUNT MANAGERS (Costume Jewellery) – £18K
Duties/ Responsibilities / Skills:
Good critical path management from development to delivery of product Highly motivated. Liaise with customer base and factories in the Far
East. Must be self motivated and a good team player. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Arrange customer sales meetings Excellent
organisation and communication skills essential. Capable of working unsupervised and as part of a team Computer literate (Excel, Word).
Language skills an advantage. There will be some travelling, to the Far East, UK, and Europe, when required.

Technical Manager
NORTH WEST ENGLAND (with extensive travel overseas)
Purpose: To manage all technical development on all garments from design concept, including pattern creation, initiating and following the sealing procedure ensuring that the factories have the information required to produce garments to the customers’ specifications whilst providing technical support to your customers and your colleagues across all departments. Advising on construction, fit and styling for manufacturing whilst ensuring each style meets aesthetical requirements and can be manufactured within cost and quality parameters for each customer. Managing the current overseas supply base, sourcing new suppliers whenever necessary – assessing these manufacturers and setting required standards. This is a fast react business, that designs and develops woven apparel for the UK High Street, they are forward thinking in their designs and develop
ranges for future seasons, however when a new trend shows itself – it needs to be developed and delivered to store in a short lead time.
The company requires a woven technical expert – one who is very hands on, trained as a pattern cutter or has extensive experience of working with patterns, organised, able to multi task and manage every detail, you will also be responsible for a small technical team and their development within the business. You should have a thorough technical understanding of woven garments - right from initial patterns, through sampling into bulk production; be proactive, able to manage a busy work load and work in a team driven, high pressured environment to achieve results.
The ability to travel at short notice to customers in the
UK or to your overseas suppliers is essential.
