Menswear Garment Technologist

Working closely with buyers and designers, you will develop garment fit and quality from
development stage through to bulk production, including creating size specifications. You
will liaise with our off-site factories on all technical and quality issues, approving fabric test
reports and ensuring all products are fit for purpose and meet Health and Safety standards.
Experience in menswear technology across multi-products is essential, as is in-depth
knowledge of menswear products and garment construction. You will have experience of
factory visits as well as a strong understanding of size specifications, patterns and grading.
Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills are essential as is a
flexible approach. This is a great career opportunity for an experienced individual to
join our Quality Assurance Division and to have a direct influence in the training and
development of Assistant Technologists.
Fabric Technologist

Working alongside the garment technologists and with numerous buying teams, you will
be responsible for developing new fabrications, approving test reports and working to
find solutions to quality concerns.
Extensive, professional fabric technology experience in a similar field is essential, including
excellent knowledge of fabric finishes, construction, test reports and all other fabric related
issues. To excel in this role, you will need to be a confident and assertive person with
excellent attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
