Terms & Conditions for Party Bookings

Booking & Deposits

* We will provisionally hold a booking for 14 days. Any bookings made after November 1st 2010 will be held for 7 days only. A deposit of £12.00 per person is required to secure a booking. We reserve the right to release any booking not deposited.

* We only guarantee space on the number deposited. * The balance of payment is required 21 days prior to the event.

Cancellation & Reduction in Numbers

* All initial deposits are non-refundable.

* Please inform us as soon as possible if your numbers decrease or change.

* No refunds will be given for reduction in numbers or cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event.

Menu Selection, Place Cards & Table Plans

* Menu selections must be received at least 28 days prior to your event. We will require the balance of payment when you have received an invoice from us (at least 21 days prior to your event)

* All parties must ensure they complete the provided place cards, detailing each person's name and menu choice. Parties of over 8 people will need to arrange a table plan to include where your guests are to be seated.

* Please return place cards with a completed table plan prior to your event.

* If you do not wish to arrange place cards and a table plan, please select a set menu for all your party to enjoy.

* Please note that your evening will be shared with the other parties. If you wish to have exclusive use please contact our events co-ordinator.
