Edmonton to Edmonton
Canada
It's back to nature and the old way of living on this
nine day tour, offering a taste of what it must have
been like for those early pioneers (only in more
comfortable surroundings)! Follow in the footsteps
of the infamous fur trading Voyageurs who used the
extensive river system some 200 years ago to
venture into the Canadian wilderness. Start with a
five day guided canoe trip along a 160km (100 miles)
stretch of the Athabasca river, a completely outfitted
excursion with lots of fun and thrills. Camp on
islands, cook on an open fire under the stars, and
live close to nature in the great outdoors. Then
spend four days on a typical Canadian cattle ranch.
You can help the ranchers with their daily chores, go
