The bank overdraft is secured by a first legal charge over 292 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, SW1V 1AE, in conjunction
with the group’s bank loans (note 18). Interest is charged at LIBOR plus 1.5% and the overdraft is repayable on demand.
Amounts owed to subsidiary undertakings are unsecured, interest free and have no fixed repayment date.
