clusters, and within
these clusters are 81
different programs of
study. local districts in
texas are free to select
which clusters and
programs of study to
offer depending on the
needs of the students,
community, and local
economy.
Although most
schools will be able
to offer all clusters,
counselors and teachers
are encouraged to
use online resources
and all 16 editions of
AchieveTexas in Action
to promote student
awareness of all career
opportunities.
