DERbY cOUNTY DIREcT DEbIT – HOW THE ScHEME WORKS
Derby County Football Club’s Direct Debit scheme allows the cost of a Season Ticket to be spread over four separate payments. A 25% deposit is
payable upon application, followed by three equal monthly payments commencing on the first of the month after purchase and the first of each month
thereafter. An administration fee of £10 per Season Ticket is charged to all supporters wishing to use this service.

To apply, simply complete the form referring to the tables above for deposit and instalment details in relation to your Season Ticket. Return this completed form
together with your Season Ticket renewal form and deposit payment to: 2008-09 Season Ticket Renewal Office, Derby County Football Club, Pride Park
Stadium, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8XL. Please ensure all boxes are completed and that the Direct Debit mandate has been signed.
Terms & Conditions
1. Derby County Football Club agrees to collect three monthly payments from the Season Ticket holder in respect of the Season Ticket purchased.
2. If the Season Ticket holder a) fails to comply with any terms of this agreement b) fails to pay Derby County Football Club a monthly payment on or within seven working days of the due date for payment c) fails to maintain a Direct
Debit mandate then should the Season Ticket holder wish to continue using the Season Ticket for the remainder of the current season, the Season Ticket holder agrees to pay the total of the remaining unpaid monthly payments.
3. If following a default as described in clause 2 above and the Season Ticket holder no longer wishes to use the Season Ticket for the remainder of the season, the Season Ticket holder must return without
demand the Season Ticket book to the Club. The Club will issue any refund due or match tickets of equivalent value relating to the instalments already paid. In this instance the administration fee paid would not
be refunded or included in the remaining value of the Season Ticket.
4. The Season Ticket holder will not, without prior consent of the Club, be entitled to use the Season Ticket in the event of a default as described in clause 2 above. The Club reserves the right to take whatever legal
actions are necessary to effect the return of any Season Ticket not returned as agreed.
5. Following a default as described in these terms and conditions, all monthly installment facilities will be withdrawn from the Season Ticket holder indefinitely.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This guarantee is offered by all Banks or Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your Bank or Building
Society. If the amounts paid or the payment dates change Derby County Football Club will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is
made by Derby County Football Club or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time
by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy to Derby County Football Club.
