Swift, Reliable & Convenient
Crossing the Channel is most convenient if you take the
Eurotunnel option! It only takes 35 minutes and is never
effected by inclement weather conditions. Immediately, this
gives it a big advantage on the other cross channel options.
Our northern France packages include Eurotunnel, based on
4 sharing and in terms of price is very competitive. To qualify
for a standard booking you need to have a car less than 1.85
metres high and up to 8 seats including the driver, so check
this when you make your booking with 3D Golf.
We ask you to respect your check-in time, however, we do
recognise that it is not always possible to plan your arrival
time at Check-In accurately. So, if you arrive late at Check-In
within 2 hours of your booked departure time, we will, at no
extra charge, transfer you to a space on the next available
shuttle. However, please note that this could take a while if
we are very busy.
If you arrive between 2 and 24 hours after your booked
departure time, we will only charge you the difference
between the price paid originally and the price applicable to
your new departure. If you arrive more than 24 hours after
your booked departure time, you will need to buy a new
ticket.
Minibus/Campervan Bookings & Trailers
If you are booking a vehicle more than 1.85 metres high or
with between 9-17 seats, a different price will apply, which
will still probably be cheaper per person if you have all your
party in the one vehicle, let us quote you pro-rata on this
basis. Similarly, there is a supplement for a trailer.
Off Peak & The Flexi-Plus Option
If you are able to cross the channel from 14.00 hrs and
return before 14.00 hrs on the inward travel sector, you will
save about £20 per car. If you would like the top of the range
Flexi-Plus service, we have a special offer from the period 2
June – 13 July & 8 Sept – 12 Oct 08, for an extra £15 per
person (4 sharing). This gives several major advantages,
including complete flexibility, meaning you can turn up early
or late and get on any other crossing without a hitch, you can
change your pre-booked times at nil supplement at any time.
Plus you have access to the Flexi-Plus lounge, which gives
you relaxation and comfort, complimentary light snacks,
drinks, newspapers & free access to fax, internet and
telephone, plus designated parking spaces. There is also
access to a boutique on site.
Under-Occupancy Charges
Our packages include Eurotunnel and are based on 4 sharing
a car, if you travel with less than 4, there will be a charge per
person to make up for the smaller occupancy, this will vary
on if you travel for a 4 night package or 5 nights plus (which
is dearer). However, normally 2 sharing a car will be £24 per
person extra, whilst 3 sharing a car will be £8 per person
extra. We will quote you pro-rata or alternatively, you could
use our online pricing system.
