it’s the regular venue of
the Mauritius Open.
A magic test of golf, most
of the fairways are tree
lined and carved out of
volcanic rock.
The greens are large and
set in superbly natural
backdrops.
THE LINKS
The Links was designed
by Peter Allis, is an
incredible test of golf, and
the perfect compliment to
its sister. With elevated
tees, dog legs galore,
water hazards that snake
into play and sweeping
vistas across the Island
it’s a joy. Buggies are
mandatory on the Links
and must be paid locally,
about £20 per 18 holes.
The Links course is available
to non-residents at £70+
