Dubai Film
Festival
The Dubai International Film
Festival, now in its sixth year, is
the largest film festival in the Middle
East, Asia and Africa. The event
was filmed by SAE students using
JVC’s GY-HM100 and GY-HM700
camcorders, providing super-fast
videos for uploading to the web.
“The Dubai International Film Festival is
a really big event for us”, explained Giorgio
Ungania, SAE. “The show always gets

recently set up a new one year course,
Digital Journalism, which allows students
to gain practical experience and equips
them with proper professional journalism

receive an Apple iMac and GY-HM100
camcorder in order to get them started. n
