NEW Subminiature Aircraft Connector
A generation of aerospace engineers wanted to have a real alternative to replace
the Subminiature D´s and high cost circular connectors in their new designs.
Tyco Electronics listened carefully and created the new “SAC 3” Subminiature
Aircraft Connector based on EN4165 module technology.
The new Subminiature Aircraft Connector features:
• Composite housing with incorporated back shell, multiple colour
identification and flexible keying
• Designed to meet the future aircraft EMI specifications and lightning
protection requirements
• Module interfaces are based according to EN4165 & 3GCN ARINC 809
specification currently under definition
• Gigabit Ethernet ready
