Ellen Hoog is the 22 year old striker from
the Netherlands. She helped her team win
gold in Beijing in this year’s Olympic Games.

In 2004 she made her debut in the national
team and has scored seven international
goals. In August 2005, she became Euro-
pean Champion in Dublin (IRL). In December
of the same year she won the Champions
Trophy in Canberra (AUS). She was also
part of the Dutch squad that became World
A
Champions at the 2006 Women’s Hockey
World Cup.
