Returns are so simple
Simply take your package to your local Post Office and upon receipt of your returned goods, we will exchange
or refund as you prefer. We will post your exchange order back to you free of charge (exchanges are free to
UK mainland addresses only). We suggest you obtain proof of postage for your own benefit. Send all returned
items to: P.O. Box 511, Unit 6, Lockett Road, Wigan, WN1 9AE.

Standard delivery - our rapid service £4.95*
We pride ourselves on ensuring that you receive your goods when you need them and aim to despatch your order within 24
hours of receiving your delivery. Applicable to all delivery addresses in the UK mainland.
Express delivery - next day delivery £9.95*
Simply call the Contact Centre before 12 noon and we will deliver your parcel the very next working day. Orders received on
Friday will not be delivered until Monday and those placed on Saturday will not be delivered until Tuesday. This service is only
available to UK mainland delivery addresses, excluding Northern Scotland. Items must be signed for. Call 0870 420 3000 for
further information.

From 1st May 2008 the States of Jersey will apply a GST of 3% on all orders over £400. The customer will be liable to pay this tax in

Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable
to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Robinsons from the United Kingdom to
you or your freight agent. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties.
Delivery & Handling We will be pleased to arrange delivery on your behalf via our carrier if requested, in which case please include the
postage and handling charge on your order. Orders collected incur no handling charges. If you require delivery by courier then a nominal
charge is made to cover packing and handling.
Price Changes Every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated in this catalogue, it may not always be possible, therefore we
reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
Value Added Tax Prices shown include VAT of 17.5% where applicable. Robinsons reserve the right to alter prices shown in this catalogue
