Getting There
Copenhagen Airport is the principal air traffic hub of Northern Europe, and is served by more than
60 international airlines flying non-stop to and from 130 cities around the world. Flying time be-
tween New York and Copenhagen is seven hours and 40 minutes. SAS flies non-stop to Copenhagen
from the following gateways: Newark, Washington D.C., Chicago and Seattle.
From the Airport to the City Center
Clients can take the 12-minute airport train and the 14-minute metro, both located in Terminal 3,
to the city center. Taxis are also available outside the arrivals areas at Terminals 2 and 3. Let clients
know that taxi fares include VAT and tips, and they can pay by cash or credit card.
Arriving by Sea
Ships usually dock at either the Langelinie Pier or the Freeport Terminal. Langelinie is about a
30-minute walk from the city center (or a short taxi, bus or train ride). Freeport is about a 5 minute
drive from the city center. Taxis are available at both locations.
