37 year old Dane, living in Copenhagen – Mads is part fish! Mads is one of
Scandinavia’s most modern, innovative, and successful predator anglers. Over the
last 20 years Mads has influenced the specimen scene in a remarkable way,
leading the way with new innovative techniques and a special eye for details that
makes a huge difference. Mads is known for the ability to adapt to the conditions
and catch fish when most blank. He is creative and has a vast knowledge and is the
driving force behind the Savage Gear team.
christian ”the Joker” mØller
Living in the middle of Pike country, Jylland in Denmark, the joker has been fishing
since childhood, taking fishing very seriously. Christian is a perfectionist, always
being on the forefront with electronics, new theories and techniques. With a
massive amount of big and beautiful Pike under his belt, Christian has put his finger
prints on our new MPP range of rods and will be an important role in future
product development.
henrik s. lund
Another Dane, Henrik, has the special big fish touch and a very methodical and
conservative approach to his fishing. For some reason, the biggest fish in the lake
always hits Henrik’s lure – one day we will make him tell us why! Henrik’s ability with
a fishing rod has resulted in an impressive amount of brutish Pike – biggest one
measuring 127cm! His objective view, eye for detail and emphasis on quality will be
an asset within our team.
Poul stolling
Danish fishing maniac! Winner of several fishing competitions and one of the most
successful and active Predator and specialist anglers in Scandinavia. Poul is very
methodical and often does pioneering research into finding new waters – work that
has led to many fantastic captures. Poul has 4 Zander over 8kg and his biggest
weighing 9.6kg and Perch to 2.150kg.
anthony glascoe
Anthony, a columnist in North West Angler magazine has been Pike fishing for over
20 years and holds PB Pike to 30lb 8oz, Zander to 8lb, and Perch to over 3lb.
Anthony is also a keen Carp and sea angler and has had Carp to 30lb, Conger
to 36lb from the shore, Bass to 10lb and an amazing Ballan Wrasse at 6lb 8oz!
Anthony has been testing the new range of Savage Gear lures and has had some
fantastic days fishing using the new 4-play lures. Anthony will be an asset to the
brand going forward in developing a range of product that will make Savage Gear
the must have brand for Pike and predatory anglers in the UK.

david lundqvist
David lives in Sweden close to the infamous Lødde river, the home of monster Pike.
David has been fishing for Pike since the age of 10 – another angler with an eye
for the bigger specimens. David has caught some of the biggest Pike in Scandinavia
during modern times; 3 different Pike over 17kg+, topped by a monster fish of 19.8
kg (43lb 6oz). David has also caught many big Zander and Perch and has a vast
knowledge on both lure fishing and live bait fishing and will be a very valuable asset
to the Prologic consultant team.
