Pampered pets are “putting on the dog” at Muttropolis, the Solana Beach-
headquartered pet specialty retailer offering a unique selection of hip, high-end
pet supplies and accessories. With a flair for fashion and a paw-up on the latest
trends to hit the catwalk, Muttropolis has attracted a clientele of A-list celebrities
and their pets since their debut including Hillary Duff and her Chihuahua, Lola;
Scarlett Johansen (who loves the Bianca Carrier) and Rachel Ray, who’s a fan of the
retailer’s haute couture hot dog tee.
This “Utopia for Pets & Their Parents” has also become a favorite gathering spot
for animal lovers with the launch of their successful Mutt Meet-ups. These breed-
