Next you want to ink your file folder edges in a color that coordinates with the
papers you’ve selected. I chose to ink the entire back, outside page instead of
putting papers on it. The back will be the longest part of the files, which should
be the one with the tabbed label section.

While you are waiting for the inks to dry, begin cutting sections of cardstock that
will serve as the base for each page. Using cardstock helps strengthen the areas
where you have folded.
Now the decision is yours! Start decorating! I decided to make the layouts first
and then adhered them to the file folders. You can do what you find easiest.
Actually, mine is not that elaborate and making the small layouts took very little
time. I decorated both sides of the folder.
