RED, WHITE AND BREW: Co-owner Tracy Gordon, right, and her assistant, Domenica
Giovannini, show off a couple of menu items at their new restaurant in Southern Chandler.
Red, White and Brew is not a sports bar, but a refreshing non-corporate restaurant. (Read:
NOT a franchise.) And it shows brightly in style, decor and food selection. Choose from
seafood, penne pasta, Italian chicken dishes or fl ame-broiled steaks with shrimp side
dishes, or their “signature” dish: a Bourbon-glazed, pecan-crusted salmon that will make
you forget you live in a desert. Their large brick oven serves up various “New Yawka” styled
pizza with a variety of toppings and sizes. This second Red, White and Brew, with the fi rst
at Las Sendas in Mesa, is located on the northwest corner of Gilbert and Chandler Heights
in front of ACE Hardware. Call 480-305-6993 for reservations or takeaway. Not pictured are
owners Greg Freed, Guido Russo, Gene Giovannini.
