thattheMentorsserve. In2006,thetotalnumberof localGroupswas64,
upfrom55in2005. Thenumberincreasedto73in2007. Mapsindicating
whereDiaperFreeBabyMentorsandGroupswerein2006and2007canbe
foundonpage12.Fromitsinceptionuntilmid-2007,DiaperFreeBabyhad
both Mentors and Contacts. Contacts had no requirement to hold local
meetings,butmadethemselvesavailablewithintheircommunitiestosup-
portfamiliesinterestedinEC.ThenewMentorstructureintroducedin2007
discontinuedtheroleofContactandexpandedtheflexibilityofMentorre-
sponsibilitiestoincludeachoiceof publicoutreach,including,butnotre-
quiring,holdingmeetings.Thetablesandmapsonthepagesthatfollowdo
notdistinguishbetweenMentorsandContacts,butacknowledgeallofthem.
