LIFE SCULPTING LLC: Life Sculpting owner Cathy Lawson, left, is joined by

enrichment programs for any aspect of life, including career, relationships,
family, wellness, achieving life goals and more. According to their website, Life
Sculpting is “a comfortable, welcoming center of self-mastery where people

through inspiration, arts and wellness.” Participate in their “holistic, practical
and fun” approach to stress relief by joining a drumming circle at 3 p.m. on
