Exhibiting influence
September was a busy month for exhibitions with Creative Technology and Dimension Audio featuring on
the same stand at Plasa and Presteigne Charter exhibiting at IBC.

On the same stand, Dimension Audio showed off their EV XLE speakers and TG7 amps, set neatly into a plinth, also covered in a
high gloss finish.
The show was a resounding success for both CT and Dimension and fingers crossed the new leads generated at the show will
flourish into large profitable events!
Meanwhile, across the North Sea in Amsterdam, IBC 2008 proved to be one of the biggest and most successful electronic media
shows yet. Over 49,000 visitors/exhibitors from all over the world enjoyed interacting with new technology, experiencing world
first demonstrations and learning about some of the most profound topics to be raised within the industry.
This was Presteigne Charter’s second year at IBC and they used the opportunity not only to make visitors and clients aware of their
new branding and identity, but also to demonstrate their brand new MiniCam HD, only off of the production line days prior to IBC.
The MiniCam HD, or ‘Goal Cam’ is a mini high definition camera complete with and capable of 360º pan and 180º tilt. This
camera was produced by Presteigne Charter and is exclusive to them. A unique innovation, it enables broadcasters to have
much more flexibility, giving them more options for their broadcasts than previously possible. They also took along a prototype of
their new “Thumb cam”, an even tinier HD camera that should be available for rental by the end of the year. More information on
this camera will be available soon.
This year’s presence at the IBC exhibition has proved extremely successful for Presteigne Charter, with a noticeable increase in
visitors to the stand and much interest in both their new brand and new technology.
