XXII. CERTIFICATES AND JUDGES RATING SHEETS: Certificates and sheets shall be given to the
teacher within two hows of the audition or mailed to the teacher within one week following the festival
(whichever is most convenient for the festival chairperson).
XXIII. APPEALS: Any appeal must be communicated to the Solo & Ensemble Chairperson, not the master
teacher or the host. During the festival, all decisions made by the chairperson will be final. If the involved
party wishes to appeal the decision, a statement in writing must be presented to the MMEA President to be
heard by the MMEA Executive Board at the next regular meeting following the festival. The decision of the
MMEA Executive Board is final.
