XXII. PERSONNEL PROVIDED BY THE HOST:
A. One person to lock and unlock homerooms and maintain security of rooms and property.
B. One guide for each group to meet the bus, show to homerooms, show to warm-up, and performance
area.
C. Two assistants for the performance judges to sharpen pencils, bring refreshments, distribute and collect
scores and rating forms, etc.
D. One announcer/time keeper for each group.
E. One doorkeeper for each performance area to prevent noise and persons from entering rooms while mu-
sic is in performance.
F. Two clerks to compute and post ratings, fill out certificates, and return judgeʼs copies and ratings form to
ensemble directors.
