When was Phat Camp started and how do I know its worth my money?
From a desire to help others become the best they can be, Jen Hendershott created
Phat Camp. The camp was launched in 2002 dedicated to sharing passion &

Phat camp is 2 full days and Friday evening. You will be training 5 body parts,
learning new and exciting exercises, trying new ideas of cardio, sitting through
nutritional and motivational seminars. Jen shares stories of success and of
struggles. There are activities that focus on cooking, supplements, time
