Three possible models can be suggested:

Franchise Scheme
This model would allow for the expansion of LBCM’s
business practice by replicating it's positive results in terms
of economic profit, social development and environmental
sustainability. The main consideration for the implementa-
tion of this model is that the Franchisee must include indi-
viduals/entities who consent to, and are capable off, sustai-
nably practicing LBCM's ethical approach to business..

Creation of Investment Fund
The Fund would allow a group of individuals or Associa-
tion to attain a franchise, in order to develop a business
that would become part of LBCM’s production chain,
with the possibility of offering products and/or services to
other buyers. LBCM would be interested in membership
within the Investment Fund.

Programme Alliance with Govern-
mental institutions or International
Aid
Including agencies aiming to develop sustainable enterprises
and markets in Colombia. This model would offer LBCM
an opportunity to become a consultant to busin
